Many of us watched Walt Disney 30 or more years ago as they showed what our life might be like in the future. They showed solar powered homes and vehicles, computers in every home, phones without wires, futuristic kitchens and more.
One item that was rarely mentioned was the most important natural resource that is critical to human existence – WATER, and how we might maintain the necessary supply.

Many scientists have great concerns that if we do not begin drastic measures for conservation, that many cities in the USA will not have enough water available to meet the needs of their citizens in the very near future.

The United Nations recently held a conference to address “desertification”, which is caused mainly by extreme demands placed on our water tables. They predict that one-third of the earth’s surface is at risk.

Because of the decreasing quality of our water, mainly due to deteriorating and/or contaminated municipal water system piping, many of you will spend more on bottled water in the next few years than our system costs.

Your system can be designed to suit your needs, from a simple tank to water your flowers to a full blown potable water system.

Below are a few examples of what we can do for you or your business:

Residential

Commercial

One inch of rain can produce 1200 gallons of water from a 2000 square foot roof, and yields approximately 60,000 gallons per year based on 49 inches per year in the Triad area. That amount times 100 homes is six million gallons. This also means 6,000,000 gal. of storm water that the municipal government will not have to deal with.

Rain Pro, Inc. is currently seeking legislation in NC that will make these systems tax deductible.

Rain Pro, Inc. is also the only company in NC that can offer a HUD approved roof washer.

As cities continue to grow and resources (such as water) become more depleted, the delivery cost will continue to spiral upward. In turn the cost of a rain water harvesting system will increase.

There is a good possibility that ten years from now these systems will be mandatory in NC, (this is already so in most European countries).
